Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Fives-North-America H3111-6415-4/3F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fortress-Interlocks products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fluoroware parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Heuft product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fortress-Interlocks such as the MA2M6LL461L0HRWGNT03332D8D8 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the ES3CXX03ES3CCA03ES1CCA07E manufactured by Fluoroware and we are pleased to be able to service most Fluoroware systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HPE700018M12 by Manufacturer Heuft as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has General-Monitors Brand TS4000H461132 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Futek such as L2338Q10237 equipment made by Futek have been added to our featured items. Additionally we have now also available 140100FRB made by Hampshire-Controls as well as the popular 200EWD375 original spares produced by Gardner-Denver

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 90R2581700 by Hegenscheidt and L2338Q10237 spares by Futek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 31113411 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Heidenhain.
